1. Check-In & Check-Out
• Check-in time: 2:00 PM
• Check-out time: 12:00 PM
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and extra charges.
2. Identification
• A valid ID is required at check-in for all guests.
• Unregistered visitors are not allowed in the rooms after 10:00 PM.
3. Payment & Reservations
• Full or partial payment is required to secure bookings.
• No refunds for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
4. Room Conduct
• Please keep the room clean and maintain the hotel’s property.
• Any damage to furniture, linens, or electronics will attract charges.
• Do not remove hotel property from the room.
5. Noise Control
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
• Loud music, arguments, or disturbances are not permitted.
6. Smoking & Substances
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms (except designated areas).
• The use of illegal drugs or substances is not allowed on the premises.
7. Safety & Security
• Please lock your doors and keep valuables safe.
• The hotel is not responsible for loss of personal items left unattended.
• Do not tamper with fire alarms, smoke detectors, or security equipment.
8. Visitors
• Visitors are allowed until 10:00 PM only.
• Overnight guests must be registered at the reception.
9. Pets
• Pets are not allowed.
10. Prohibited Activities
• Commercial filming or photoshoots without approval.
• Illegal activities, fraud, and any behavior that affects other guests.
• Cooking inside rooms (unless the room has a designated kitchenette).
11. Housekeeping
• Daily housekeeping is provided.
• For privacy, place the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door.
12. Emergency
• In case of fire, security issues, or medical emergencies, contact the reception immediately.
