1. No smoking in the rooms or walkways; smoking is only allowed in the car park, lounge, pool bar, and swimming areas.
2. Guests will be asked to check out or pay a fine of 50,000 if found smoking in the rooms or restricted areas.
3. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
4. All rates are inclusive of a 10% service charge and 7.5% VAT.
5. Check-in time is 1:00 pm, and check-out is 12:00 pm.
6. If you wish to delay your departure, a supplementary charge of 50% until 6:00 pm and 100% after 6:00 pm applies.
7. Please call the front office at least 10 minutes before checkout to enable us to conduct a routine check.
8. Complimentary breakfast is for one person and served at the restaurant.
9. Food and drink items from outside the hotel are not permitted.
10. Cancellation policy: room booking cancellation must be done 24hours before arrival time and date. no refund will be made after 24hours. all refunds will attract 5% deduction.
