1. Check-in time is from 2:00 PM, while check-out time is 12:00 noon.
2. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and may attract additional charges.
3. Guests checking out after 12:00 noon will be charged 50% of the applicable room rate. Check-outs from 6:00 PM onwards will attract the full room rate.
4. Full payment or an approved guarantee must be made before occupancy.
5. Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking areas and guest rooms.
6. Visitors are required to register at the front desk
7. Loud noise, parties, or any activity that disturbs other guests are strictly prohibited.
8. Illegal activities, possession of prohibited substances, and carrying of firearms or dangerous weapons are strictly prohibited on the premises
9. Housekeeping services are provided according to the hotel’s schedule.
10. Management reserves the right to refuse admission or terminate a guest’s stay for violation of hotel policies or disruptive behavior.
