Core Booking RulesStandard general policies apply when making a reservation at either Heliconia Park Hotel & Suites or Heliconia Park Hotel & Golf Resort:Check-In: Standard arrival begins at 3:00 PM.Check-Out: Departure is required by 11:00 AM at the Hotel & Suites, or up to 1:00 PM at the Golf Resort.Early/Late Extensions: Late check-outs or early check-ins are strictly subject to room availability and typically attract extra hourly fees.Deposit Rules: Booking portals usually require a 50% advance deposit to lock in your reservation, with the remainder payable upon arrival.Incidentals: A valid credit card, debit card, or cash deposit is mandatory upon arrival to clear incidental or accidental room charges.
