# The Edge by Wellness – Booking & Stay Policy

To ensure a comfortable and seamless experience for all guests, kindly note the following policies:

## Check-In & Check-Out

* Check-in time: **1:00 PM**
* Check-out time: **12:00 PM**

Guests wishing to extend their stay must complete their renewal between **12:00 PM and 1:00 PM daily**. Failure to renew within this period may result in the room being released for sale.

## Reservation Guarantee

* Reservations must be confirmed before **5:00 PM** on the arrival date.
* Any unconfirmed reservation after 5:00 PM will be automatically cancelled, and the room may be allocated to another guest.

## Payment Policy

* Payment is made **at the property only**.
* Full payment must be completed **before access to the room is granted**.
* Guests will not be checked into any room without payment.

## Identification Requirement

* A valid government-issued means of identification is mandatory for all guests.
* No guest will be admitted into a room without presenting a valid ID.
* This requirement applies to both new and returning guests.

## Early Check-In & Late Check-Out

Guests checking in significantly before the standard check-in time or checking out after the standard check-out time may be subject to an additional charge of **50% of the applicable room rate**, subject to availability and management approval.

## No-Smoking Policy

* All rooms at The Edge by Wellness are strictly non-smoking.
* A designated smoking area is available for guests who wish to smoke.
* Any guest found smoking in a room will be required to check out immediately and will forfeit all payments made. No refunds will be issued.

## Occupancy Policy

* A maximum of **three (3) guests** is permitted per room.
* Four (4) or more persons are not allowed in any room.

## Complimentary Breakfast

* All room bookings include complimentary breakfast for registered guests.

## Right to Refuse Service

The Edge by Wellness reserves the right to refuse accommodation, terminate a stay, or deny access to guests who violate hotel policies or engage in conduct that compromises the comfort, safety, or wellbeing of other guests, staff, or hotel property.
